Shrimp Tacos - No Diets Allowed

The simple Shrimp Tacos will become a family favorite! They are quick to prepare, full of flavor, and healthy. Doesn't get much better than that.

1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbs snipped and finely chopped cilantro
1 Tbs olive oil
14 oz peeled raw shrimp, rinsed and dried
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp minced garlic
8 6-inch corn tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce or chopped cabbage
1 cup tomatoes, diced
