If you have ditched unhealthy cereals, due to lack of nutrients, highly processed ingredients, or too much gluten, its time to try buckwheat groats. Buckwheat groats are a grain-like, gluten-free, wheat-free seed that can be used in cereals, granola, and as a topping for your yogurt or chia sees parfaits.

1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 cup buckwheat groats, soaked in water

*There are 2 cooking times and methods, depending on your time needs. I prefer the lower temp with longer time.
