Clean eating never tasted so good! These skinny cookie dough bites are made from all natural ingredients. They are gluten free, vegan, and best of all delicious! These no bake dessert bites can be made and ready for snacking in 5 minutes.

1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
1/4 cup gluten free oats
2 tablespoons organic raw blue agave nectar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup gluten free, dairy free chocolate chips

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
