Who say's comfort food doesn't have to be healthy? Here is my recipe for Skinny Italian Lasagna enjoy! ?

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ – 28 oz. can of chopped tomatoes

½ – 18 oz can of tomato paste

½ tsp sugar

½ tsp dried oregano

2 tbsp fresh basil

2 pinches crushed red pepper

1 lb fat free turkey ground beef

8 ¾ oz lasagna sheets

8 oz mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced or you can use shredded it melts better if preffered but fresh always tastes the best!

3 ½ oz fresh parmesan cheese, grated

3 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon (1 ¾ oz) plain flour

3-1/8 cups of milk

2 ¾ oz butter fat free

Salt and pepper
