Slow Cooker Spicy Spaghetti

Slow Cooker Spicy Spaghetti is one to add to the weeknight rotation that is a one pot wonder! Ten minutes in the morning before work and you've got dinner:)

1 lb 93% lean ground beef
6 large tomatoes diced (or 2-14 oz cans of diced tomatoes)
1-6oz can tomato paste
1-14 oz can tomato sauce
1 jalapeno pepper
1 vidalia onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, grated or diced
3 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh spicy oregano, chopped
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
8 cranks fresh black peppercorns
16 oz uncooked penne pasta (whole wheat or gluten free)
6 large tomatoes diced (or 2-14 oz cans of diced tomatoes)
1-6oz can tomato paste
1-14 oz can tomato sauce
1 jalapeno pepper
1 vidalia onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, grated or diced
3 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh spicy oregano, chopped
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
8 cranks fresh black peppercorns
16 oz uncooked penne pasta (whole wheat or gluten free)
Wash, prep and chop all veggies
Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.
Cover, turn on low and heat for 8 hours.
Add pasta, turn to high for 30 minutes.
Mix and enjoy!!
