A twist on your favorite salsa! The light smoke flavor compliments the fresh ingredients to POP and add another depth to your favorite salsa recipe.

3-4 Tomatoes (I used hot house, but you can use any juicy variety)
1/2 Vidalia Onion
1 Bunch of Cilantro
2 tbsp Lime Juice
Salt, to taste (brings out the flavors of your ingredients)
