These smoky red pepper veggie burgers are packed with protein, vegan, and insanely flavorful!

For The Veggie Burgers
1 can garbanzo beans, drain and rinse
1 red bell pepper, roasted (Roast over gas flame or broiler until black, put in plastic bag and close and allow to cool. Once cool remove the charred skin and discard the seeds)
2 jalapeños, discard seeds and mince
¼ cup fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 flax eggs (2 tbls flax meal mixed with 6 tbls water and allowed to sit for 5 minutes) feel free to use eggs or egg replacer
¼ cup garbanzo bean flour
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 and ½ tsp chili powder
2 heaping tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste (start with 2 tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper and go up from there)
For The Smoked Paprika Aioli
½ cup veganaise (use any type of mayo or yogurt)
2 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbls lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
