Chicken soup with a Tex-Mex flair!

2 chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
4 chicken bouillon cubes
5 cups water
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
cilantro, limes, sour cream, tortilla chips for garnish
