Spice Baked Trumpet Mushroom

A little spice, a little sweetness, this mushroom dish makes a perfect vegan side dish.

4 trumpet mushroom
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon white wine
½ teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut trumpet mushroom into slices. Lay the mushroom on a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix paprika, cumin, salt and black pepper, sprinkle evenly on the mushroom. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Mix honey, white wine, soy sauce and ketchup in a small saucepan, cook over low heat for 2 to 5 minutes until liquid is reduced and becomes a little sticky. Pour the liquid over the mushroom and continue to bake 2 minutes.
