1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, butter, or ghee
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp ground mustard seed

In a small pan combine the maple syrup, butter/ghee, cayenne (use less if you like less heat, more if you want more), ginger, and mustard. Heat on low until the butter/ghee has melted. Stir until combined....
