1 package linguine, prepared according to package instructions
1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined if you like leave the tail on, it looks fancier that way
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (more if you like it hot!)
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 tomato, cut into cubes
1/2 lemon, cut into cubes (optional)
Extra chopped parsley for garnishing
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Over medium heat and add the butter and oil to a large skillet.
When butter is melted increase the heat to high and add the shrimp.
