3 chicken sausage links, sliced in quarter inch pieces
12 medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined with tail removed
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cups broccoli florets
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
1 medium orange bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
1 tsp red chili peppers
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
