Sticky All Over Your Face Char BBQ Ribs

These sticky char ribs will have your family and friends speechless at the dinner table, never wanting any other type of ribs again!

Brine:
3 rack ribs
4 cans coca cola
6 tbsp. Smoked paprika
1lt water ( or more to cover ribs)

Sauce:
4 cups Ketchup
2 cups soften brown sugar
4 tbsp. Soy sauce
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Smoked paprika
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
Rub smoked paprika on ribs pour the water,coca cola in pan and brine ribs at 320F for 2 and half hours flipping them once half way through , make sure to seal with aluminum foil tightly on pan. Once done drain liquid and pat dry the ribs. Place them back into the pan you cooked them in and pour half the sauce over ribs. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Once ready for the BBQ cut the racks into single pieces to get that delicious char on the BBQ. Place BBQ on high heat cook ribs until they are blackened while basting with the remaining sauce (can pour leftover sauce from ribs in with the remaining sauce, more flavor) every time you turn them to any side. Serve to your family and friends with lots of napkins and enjoy!
