Stir-Fry Lobster & Noodles is the perfect add to every V-Day plan. Buttery lobster paired w/ a spicy sauce is sure to steal everyone’s heart

1 lb Lobster
6 oz Dry Chow Mein Stir-Fry Noodles
2 tbsp Peanut Oil
2 cloves Minced Garlic
1 ½ ounces of Minced Ginger (about a 1 inch piece)
2 thinly diagonally sliced Carrots
2 stalks of diagonally sliced Celery
4 stalks of sliced Chinese broccoli (separate stalks from greens)
1 handful of Bean Sprouts (about 3 ounces)
4 Green Onions (Greens cut lengthwise & White portion thinly sliced)
Sliced Fresh Chili (Mild = ½ Chili, Medium = 1 Chili, Hot = 2 Chilis)
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Sauce
1/6 cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Chicken Broth
1/8 cup Water
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
2 tsp Sugar
¾ tbsp Rice Wine
1/6 cup Oyster Sauce
½ tbsp Baking Powder
