Stove-Top Brown Sugar Granola

A single serving recipe of granola that doesn't require an oven. So delicious and it requires only a small amount of oil.

2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp water
Pinch salt
1/2 cup rolled oats
Ground cinnamon
Heat up a pan and add the oats. Toast until golden brown, stirring frequently. Combine oil, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water in a small bowl and microwave until hot. Add to the toasted oats and stir to combine. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring a lot, until dry and crunchy, about 5-7 minutes. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before eating.
