These healthy, gluten free oatmeal muffins are naturally sweetened with dates and have no added sugar, butter or oil! They’re low fat, only 125 calories and perfect for spring!

3/4 Cup Dates, roughly chopped (tightly packed, 125g)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
6 Tbsp Fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1 Large egg white
1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Strawberries, diced (90g)
