1 chicken thigh (200g)
2-3 red thai chilis, deseeded
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp GF Soy Sauce
1 tsp honey
handful of fresh thai basil/regular basil leaves (no stalks)
