String Beans with Miso Tomato Sauce

This is a really easy way to serve string beans, fast, tasty and healthy!

2 cups cut string beans
2 tbsp chopped onion
¼ cup chopped tomato
2 small garlic cloves
½ tbsp red miso paste
2 tbsp water
Cook the string beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain and place on a serving plate. Blend onion, tomato, garlic, miso paste, and water in a blender and pour the sauce over the beans.
