Stuffed Mussels : Delicious Seafood Appetizer

The recipe is quick and simple.The mussel meat is cooked in the mixture of onions, some spices, herbs and sauce. It should be dry and not runny. The prepared mixture is then stuffed into each shell and broiled in the convection oven. Though I have broiled my mussels, you can serve them without broiling too.

30 Big mussels
?1 Small Onion, Chopped very fine
?1 Green Chili , Chopped very fine
?4 Garlic cloves,either minced or grated
?1/2 Tablespoon tomato ketchup
?1 Teaspoon red chili powder
?1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
?1/2 Teaspoon dry thyme(Optional)
?Parmesan cheese for garnishing(Optional)
?1 Tablespoon oil for sauting
?Salt if required(I did’t use )
