Try this gluten free, sugar free, clean eating, low fat and THM E recipe for Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats! @ Fresh Healthy Delicious

½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
½ cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. THM Gentle Sweet or Truvia
3 pinches Mineral Salt
½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
½ cup diced Strawberries, plus more for topping
Dash of heavy cream (optional; for real decadence)
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a small bowl or jar and cover. Refridgerate overnight. In the morning, stir and top with additional fresh strawberries (optional). Enjoy!
