Super Easy No Tortilla Soup. Perfect for your Crockpot!

If you can open a can, you can make this recipe! If you are like me and LOVE Tortilla Soup but hate having to eat the soggy tortillas, you will love this recipe. I use my homemade "Fresh Lemon-Cilantro" Salsa in this recipe in the soup ingredients and as a garnishment when dishing up the soup, it adds that extra kick along with a dollop of sour cream.

1 can Chicken Broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Kidney Bean (or you can use Black Beans, I use what I have in my cupboard)
1 large can White Chicken in water (I dump the whole can and do not drain)
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 1/2 cups "Fresh Lemon-Cilantro" Salsa (you can use your favorite salsa)
1 1/2 tsp. Tajin Classico Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
2 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Garnishments:
Sour Cream
Salsa
Fresh Cilantro
Open the cans and dump into a crockpot add the seasonings, cover and cook on high for about an hour. It's that easy! Garnish soup with sour cream, salsa and cilantro if desired.
