This smoothie/popsicle has orange juice concentrate, yogurt, vanilla and CARROTS. Yes, I am just reveling in this veggi-riffic fact. It is twice as orange as normal, because it has carrots in it (hence the \\\"Super\\\" in the name) but if you tasted it before you saw the ingredients, you would never know! This recipe also doubles as popsicles!

10 baby carrots
1/2 cup water
6 oz orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (plus 6 oz vanilla yogurt, if making popsicles)
1 tsp vanilla
Ice (if making smoothie)
1/2 cup water

Put the carrots and water in a blender. Pulse until the carrots are chopped, then puree for 1 minute until smooth. Add the orange juice concentrate, yogurt and vanilla and blend until well combined.
