8 Medjool dates
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup quinoa
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup cacao nibs

2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup espresso
1/3 cup maple syrup
