Sweet Buckwheat Waffles with Warm Cinnamon and Vanilla. They taste and smell heavenly. Enjoy these waffle cookies as a snack, breakfast or hearty lunch when paired with an egg!

2 1/3 cups ground toasted buckwheat groats, a.s.a Kasha
1 tablespoon baking powder (I prefer sodium free, gluten free baking powder from HAIN Pure Foods Featherweight)
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 1/2 cups coconut sugar or date sugar
a pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup melted coconut oil
1 1/4 cups coconut milk (add 1/2 cup more if you want the waffles to be less firm and more fluffy)
1/2 cup dark raisins (optional)

Fresh, sweet crab is available in any season. You can often buy crab that is already cooked and cleaned but nothing beats freshly cooked crab at your home. Cooking crab is just as easy as cooking dry pasta. You just need salt, boiling water and patience. It takes just 10 minutes and voila, you can eat sweet, fresh crabs. You'll love this creamy soup recipe.

2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cloves garlic
1 thumb-sized ginger
1 lemongrass stalk
1 lb crabs
1/2 lb medium-sized shrimps
1 cup coconut milk
1 ounces spring onions
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 cups vegetable stock

Chicken and Apples are indeed an uncommon combination, however, the pairing creates a cohesive flavor that can fill your hunger pangs. You can also add some spices such as nutmeg and a touch of cinnamon to spice up this dish even more. Adding a teaspoon of lemon juice creates a zing and adds freshness too. You can also add a tablespoon of apple juice to deepen the apple flavor.

17 ounces chicken Chicken wings
1 tbsp Tomato puree
1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup grated carrots
1 cup fresh shredded coconut
6 dates soaked in water for half hour ( about 70g )
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds ( pounded )
1/2 cup desiccated coconut ( optional )
2 -3 people (makes about 12 balls)

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Process briefly until well mixed, for one minute or so.

Roll carrot mixture into balls. Optionally roll balls in desiccated coconut.
