A hearty breakfast Sweet Potato Home Fries Recipe is semi-healthy. Takes only 30 minutes to make. I use Arla Dofino's Gouda Cheese

- 2 Medium Sized Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Red small red potato (optional)
- 4 baby mushrooms
- ½ of a medium sized onion
- 1 Arlo Dofino Gouda Cheese Wheel
- 2 tsp of shredded ginger
- 1 clove of garlic (or to taste)
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds (optional)
- 1 Jalapeno (optional)
- 3 tsp of salt or to taste
- 4 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tsp of freshly ground pepper
- 3 tsps of Flax Seed Flour
- 2 tsp of water
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
