Sweet & Sour Chicken over Wild Rice

Tender Chicken cooked in a homemade sauce that is slightly sweet & sour. Toss with sautéed peppers and onions then served over a bed of Wild Rice. Serve with chopsticks for a fun dinner any night of the week.

3/4 Cup, Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons, Tamari
1 1/2 Teaspoons, Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons, Onion Powder
1, Pepper, diced (orange, red or green)
1/2 Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon, Olive Oil
3 Scallions, green & white parts, choppe
1 Cup, Cornstarch
