Sweet & Sour Chicken over Wild Rice

Tender Chicken cooked in a homemade sauce that is slightly sweet & sour. Toss with sautéed peppers and onions then served over a bed of Wild Rice. Serve with chopsticks for a fun dinner any night of the week.

3 Scallions, green & white parts, choppe
