TACO RAVIOLI in Garlic Bechamel


Hi Everyone! here's something that would be tasty! i did this several times and not once did it fail the tastebuds of those who tried it :D this recipe was used for our foodshowdown and the judges loved it! :3 hihi thanks for viewing this recipe. if you have comments or feedbacks, please do tell me :D for improvement :)

For the dough:
350 g of all purpose flour
2 pcs eggs (large) and from the fridge (chilled)
90 ml water
1 tsp salt

For the filling:
1/4 kg ripe mango (about 1 piece)
1/8 kg bell pepper
1/4 kg tomato
1/8 kg onion
90 g cheese
8 pcs cilantro stalk
60 ml soy sauce
45 ml oyster sauce
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder

For the sauce:
1 cup Garlic
2 oz unsalted butter
2 oz flour
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

for meat topping ( i will be posting another recipe for that) :D
Directions: Pasta Dough 1. Beat eggs and add water,salt and oil. 2. Add half of the flour and mix until a batter is formed. 3. Mix the remaining wet and dry ingredients together 4. Knead the dough until tender. Punch the dough and once the marks bounce back or springs, let dough rest for 20 minutes. 5. Flatten the dough through pasta machine and slice it into bite sizes. **i will be posting a new recipe for the meat topping :D
