Easy Curry Lentil Soup

This curry lentil soup recipe coaxes the appetite with great flavors with only a few ingredients. A delicious soup that you can pair with a crusty bread recipe. If you add them to this recipe, do so at the beginning and simmer them low and slow to develop more flavor. Aromatics such as rosemary, cloves, parsley, and bay leaf would all be great additions to this dish. They would all enhance the flavor of the vegetable stock. 1 1/2 cups small red lentils
4 cups chicken stock
240 grams onion
1 garlic clove
1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
