14 oz. fresh big noodles (available in Thai food shops if dried noodles are used, soaked in water for about 15 minutes)

6 T. vegetable oil
6 head garlic
10 oz. Chinese leaves (an Asian leaf vegetable like cabbage, but not rounded)

3 T. oyster sauce
1 T. soy sauce (sweet)
2 T. soy sauce (light)
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. ground black pepper
