A representative stir-fry noodle dish that perfectly conveys the flavour and texture of Thai noodles.

14 oz. fresh big noodles (available in Thai food shops if dried noodles are used, soaked in water for about 15 minutes)
7 oz. pork
6 T. vegetable oil
6 head garlic
10 oz. Chinese leaves (an Asian leaf vegetable like cabbage, but not rounded)
4 eggs
3 T. oyster sauce
1 T. soy sauce (sweet)
2 T. soy sauce (light)
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. ground black pepper
