4 tablespoons vegetable oil excluding the oil for frying
2 ounces glass noodles
2 ounces cabbage
2 ounces carrot
2 ounces bean sprouts
8 pieces spring roll wrappers
1 egg
1?4 teaspoon black ground pepper powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
To taste plum sauce
2 ounces glass noodles
2 ounces cabbage
2 ounces carrot
2 ounces bean sprouts
8 pieces spring roll wrappers
1 egg
1?4 teaspoon black ground pepper powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
To taste plum sauce
Finely shred the carrot and cabbage. Soak the glass noodles in cool water for 5 minutes or more. Beat the egg.
