2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tblsp sriracha
2 Tblsp honey
2 Tblsp soy sauce
2 Tblsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, whites and greens separated
1/4 C cilantro, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped fine
1 carrot, grated
1 1/2 C baby spinach, chopped
1/4 C peanuts
1/4 C peanut butter
