Well , if a dish made ??of ground beef and made ??these balls can be a menu mainstay of your family . Although made ??of meat but the kids and even the parents can still enjoy it without fear of hard meat . Let's fry the meat balls to serve today's dish .

Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu :
Meat Ball Material :
500 grams of ground beef
200 grams of grated coconut , roasted
2 eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
Subtle Seasonings :
1 teaspoon pepper powder
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

1 onion , roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic , finely chopped
2 cm galangal , crushed
2 bay leaves
2 pieces of red chili , sliced ??oblique
1 tomato , cut into pieces
1,000 ml broth
100 ml sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 grains of red onion , sliced ??, fried
4 tablespoons oil for sauteing

How to make :
Meat balls , mix ground beef , spices , grated coconut , egg , onion, soy sauce , and cooking oil . Take a little dough . Shape balls . Set aside .
Sauce , heat the oil . Saute onion , garlic , ginger , bay leaf , and red pepper until fragrant . Enter tomatoes . Stir until half wilted .
Enter the beef broth , soy sauce , sugar , and salt . Stir well . Insert meat balls . Boil until cooked . Enter fried onions . Stir well .
