Whether you are planning a juice cleanse or simply making juice to start your day, this recipe is the perfect green juice to get you healthy, energized and feeling amazing.

1 large apple
1 cup spinach
1-2 celery stalks (they are pretty strong)
3 kale leaves
1/2 head romaine
1 lemon optional
1 inch ginger

Add all ingredients to your juicer (juiciest items last) and send them through. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
