½ cup papaya flesh
1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped.
¾ cup sliced strawberries
3 teaspoon lemon juice, divided.
1 tablespoon honey, divided.
½ cup mango flesh
½ cup papaya flesh
1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped.

3 teaspoon lemon juice, divided.
1 tablespoon honey, divided.
½ cup mango flesh
Melon Mint Sauce: ½ cup melon + ½ cup papaya + 1 teaspoon fresh mint
Strawberry Sauce: ¾ cup sliced strawberries + 1 teaspoon lemon juice + ½ tablespoon honey
Lemon Mango Sauce: ½ cup mango + ½ tablespoon honey + 2 teaspoon lemon juice
For each of the sauce, put all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved.
Use with salad, noodle, or anything you like.
