As I browsed through the new cookbook, written by Sanjeev Kapoor - Marwari Vegetarian Cookinglast week, the recipe for ‘Tikadia’ immediately caught my eye. I prepared it for breakfast yesterday and it was tasty. Different from the routine breakfast dishes. My daughter has recently developed a liking for Marwari/Rajasthani dishes, so when I told her that this was a dish of Marwari cuisine, she immediately ate it.
