3 really ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp wheat germ
3 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 cup quick oats
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
cinnamon sugar, for sprinkling, optional
