The most staple and the most simple Moroccan bread has to be Khobz. It is eaten every single day and even replaces forks and spoons!

3¾ cups all-purpose flour
2¼ teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup plus 3 tablespoons warm water
a pinch of sugar
Cornmeal for sprinkling (optional)
