Chia seeds, coconut milk, mango, dates. What more could you want?

1 can light coconut milk
6 Tbsp chia seeds
5 dried dates, seeded and finely chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large mangoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
¼ to ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
