A sweet buttermilk and greek yogurt donut with juicy peaches and warm vanilla glaze, baked not fried.

Peach Vanilla Donuts:
2 ½ Cups Flour (I used cake flour but you could use all-purpose)
¾ Cup sugar
2 ½ Teaspoons baking powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Reduced Fat Buttermilk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Peach Greek Yogurt (vanilla or plain work too)
4 Teaspoons Peach Nectar Juice
½ Cup Chopped Peaches (Fresh or Frozen)
Vanilla Glaze:
1½ Cups Confectioners Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Milk
2-3 Drops Red Food Coloring (Optional)
