confectioner's (icing) sugar
(250gm) (8oz)
1 tsp.
vanilla essence
2 tsp.
hot water
1 ¾ cups sugar (350gm)

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 355 F.
Grease and flour your pans. If desired, you can use parchment paper that you also grease and flour.
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
