150 g (5oz) edamame
30 g (1oz) fresh basil
Juice of 1/2 lemon (or sub yuzu juice or ume-shiso seasoning)
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari if gluten-free)
Salt, to taste
Optional: ¼ teaspoon wasabi
For the soba noodles:
2 portions soba noodles
