1 Scoop Sunwarrior Classic Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Light coconut milk
5 Medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut flakes + additional for topping, if desired
10 Large Frozen Strawberries (about 1 heaping cup of whole strawberries)
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with additional coconut flakes and DEVOUR.
