When my first child was born, she came ahead of my schedule. She arrived 2 weeks before her “due date,” & we were pretty shocked. Since she was our first, we were expecting to at least make it to 40 weeks & were kind of settling in for 41, since that’s more of the norm for first time pregnancies. Aside from the horrendous heat (it was the end of July), I was feeling pretty good, albeit tired. I wasn’t having any Braxton Hicks contractions, nor any other signs of labor—it just sort of hit

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
16 ounces extra firm tofu
2 cloves garlic
10 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted
1 box jumbo shells
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
