Veggie Black Bean Quinoa Quesadillas
29
THESE ARE AWESOME. A great dish that is filling, healthy, full of protein and veggies! These quesadillas are great when you have some leftover quinoa. The cumin and paprika add a little spice and makes you want to eat the filling just by itself! The crisp tortilla with the soft gooey melted cheese and the spicy topping makes for a perfect lunch.
