Venison Stir Fry

A fresh take on a traditional stir fry, that happens to be lean and clean!

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 large carrots, peeled & cut into matchsticks
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 lb venison steak, cut into bit size chunks
½ cup fresh or frozen peas
