White Cheddar Panini

Prefect for any meal of the day this mouthwatering Panini will satisfy all your sandwich needs .

8 slices of Italian bread
3 ½ tablespoons of butter
8 oz. of pastrami
8 oz. of roast beef
1 yellow onion (chopped)
8 oz. Vermont sharp white cheddar
2 oz. of submarine sauce
Step 1: Bring a medium sauce pan over medium heat when the pan is hot add the chopped onion cook for 20-25 minutes. When the caramelized onions are done take off the heat. Step 2: Butter the sliced bread add to a hot pan or griddle butter side down, next layer the cheese both sides of the bread add pastrami, roast beef, submarine sauce and onions and cook until both sides of the bread are golden brown.
