White Turkey, Brown Rice, Green Bean, Chili Chopped in a Crock

This year The Hubby and I will be skiing in Montana during Super Bowl. (I’m a goofball for skiing, I can’t get enough of that downhill exhilaration, especially if it’s snowing). If I wasn’t skiing, you can bet this Chili Chopped would be on our SuperBowl buffet. It is the biggest hit whenever I serve it. Pan Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 1.25 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey This the usual size of a package. A bit more or less will work fine.
1/2 Brown Onion Chopped. About a cup
2 cups Chopped Green Beans

Crock Ingredients:
1.5 cups flavorful stock or broth. I suggest Chicken or Vegetable
1/2 cup Uncooked Brown Rice
1 15 oz. can Garbanzo Beans with liquid
1 15 oz. can Black Beans with liquid
1 15 oz. can White Beans with liquid
1 small can “Ortega” Green Chilis
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 15 oz. can Creamed Corn

Zing Factor:
1/2 – 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
