Yummy Chicken Marinade

This Asian inspired marinade is delicious on boneless, skinless chicken thighs or pork chops. Try garnishing with some extra toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 C. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tsp. Sriracha
2 Tsp. minced garlic
1 Tsp. minced ginger
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 C. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tsp. Sriracha
2 Tsp. minced garlic
1 Tsp. minced ginger
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1. Place all ingredients, except the chicken, in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
2. Place chicken in an air tight container. Pour marinade over chicken.
3. Seal container shake gently to cover chicken with marinade.
4. Place sealed container in the fridge and allow to sit for at least two hours.
5. When ready to cook meat remove container from fridge and place chicken on a preheated grill (medium heat). Discard unused marinade.
6. Cook chicken until the core temperature reaches 165 degrees, flipping once halfway through cooking. This should take 15-20 minutes.
