4 Medium zucchinis
Kosher salt
For Sauce:
½ Cup + 2 Tbsp fat free, plain Greek yogurt
2 Roasted red peppers, sliced
½ Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Garlic, minced
¼ Cup Vegetable broth
Salt

2 Grilled chicken breasts (optional)
½ Cup low fat or fat free feta cheese
Fresh basil, diced
