3 Bean Vegetarian Chili

This is a great slow cooker recipe that is easy to have on hand. It is surprisingly good for how healthy it is!

Chili

1 cup onion (chopped)
2 jalapenos (chopped and seeded, optional)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
.5 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 3/4 cup organic vegetable broth
2 cans 15 oz. no salt added black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cans 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 can 15 oz. no salt added kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can 15 oz. no salt added pinto beans (rinsed and drained)

Garnish (Optional)

1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
2oz Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
